High school sports have become highly competitive over the last few decades, and parents are looking for ways to give their athletes every advantage of a college scholarship in the sport they play. Although they spend hours each week practicing with their team, they still might not get the individual attention they might need to improve their performance.
Our Youth Training program focuses on sport-specific training and areas in which the athlete needs improvement. When an athlete is in peak performance, not only do they play better, but they can minimize the risk of injury. We don't believe in overtraining; that's why adding one or two sessions a week can give your athlete that extra edge they need to compete.
Cameron is 15 years old and is a Kart driver for the PGR Karting race team. Cameron has always been into sports, mainly Soccer, but found his passion in motorsports and hopes to advance soon into formula 4 racing. Cameron's ultimate goal is to become an F1 or Indy car driver. Cameron's train is geared for the riggers of driving, and we concentrate on his core and upper body strength needed to control his kart. Cameron and his parents credit his training for his first podium win.
